Not Business as Usual

A short note on proportion, attention, and stepping back during a civic moment.

It has been a while since my last post.

As a Minnesotan, that silence was not accidental.

The last few weeks have been marked by federal occupation, public protest, and the killing of two citizens in Minneapolis. The pace, severity, and moral weight of what has unfolded made it feel wrong to publish another article about toolkits, operating models, or maturity curves.

As a result, I’m going to step back from posting for a while.

In the face of something this serious, continuing on as if it’s business as usual doesn’t sit right. Some moments ask us to be citizens and neighbors first, and professionals second.

Please take care of one another. Check in where you can. Help out where you can.
